the room was big and had everything i needed for my stay. i enjoyed the fitness and spa facilities (the jacuzzi was really relaxing!) and it was a less than 4-minute walk to the resort arena. parking was easy, and i appreciated the short walk to nearby attractions.
i found the breakfast very poor. grapes smelled like they had been next to raw fish in the fridge. (i skipped them entirely).

Staff were friendly and helpful at reception. they quickly addressed my questions and provided clear information. the bar service was quick and efficient. I never waited long for a drink.

I found the breakfast offered a great variety. The buffet had many choices. i used the pool, sauna, and steam room. It was relaxing after my busy day. the hotel is a short walk to resort world and the nec. it made this location a great base for my visit
i found the disabled parking spaces taken by non-blue badge holders, this was due to the park and fly offers. the disabled parking spaces are also further from the entrance than other spaces.

the location was really convenient. it was a short walk to bp pulse live. the reception team were also friendly. they validated our parking early so we could explore the city before checking in.
the bed was not comfortable because it was saggy. i requested more tea bags and fresh milk but i received uht milk pots. this was corrected but it was still frustrating.

I found the pool area very inviting with an ice machine located nearby. the breakfast offered many delicious choices. I was very pleased. the staff members were really nice and attentive. the room itself was comfortable and clean
the room i stayed in was positioned above reception. this made it noisy due to constant foot traffic.

I stayed one night before my flight. the hotel booked a taxi. It was only minutes to the airport. my room was clean. i enjoyed the restaurant, it had very good food and large portions.
the doors are not easily accessible throughout the hotel, except for the front door (a minor inconvenience).
